The S.T.C. type treatment station
is a compact unit for the complete carbon based hardening and
tempering cycle of steel and alloyed steel featuring the most
interesting specifications that are suitable for the most varied
applications.
The station includes:
- A quenching furnace with inert
gas protection or slightly reducing
- Forced ventilation drawing
furnace that can be operated with a wide range of temperatures
including temperatures just above 100 °C
used to treat converted steel in order to obtain stress-relieved
steel and stress relieving.
- A bosh with stirring gear
