PACKAGING

Always charged at your cost.

SHIPPING TERMS

All goods are delivered by courier service (also by a courier service of your choice). Transport is ALWAYS at customer’s risk. The goods must be checked upon collection before the carrier. The company will NOT accept ANY complaints for potential damage to the goods for which the company is not responsible and in any event no later than 8 (days) from receipt of goods.

PAYMENT TERMS

60 days EOM from invoice receipt date by bank receipt (maintenance and parts at 30 days) if not otherwise specified (Cash On Delivery for First Consignment).

WARRANTY

Our materials are covered by a ONE-YEAR warranty against working and manufacturing defects.
Materials subject to wear and tear are not under warranty nor is damage caused to the goods during transport or due to incorrect use or tampering.
The replacement of any faulty goods under warranty is carried out EX-WORKS. The invoicing for the replacement of parts to be carried out at your company will include travelling expenses plus working hours and board and lodging if necessary.

TESTING

Machine testing is to be carried out solely at our plants with the aid of your authorized staff if necessary.
All costs are to be charge at our expense. Any additional tests at your plants will be invoiced as per the terms and conditions drawn up in the paragraph Warranty.
